Company's e-invoicing is managed by an accounting company, accountant or property manager?
Maventa's e-invoicing is managed by the customer service of each respective software (e.g., Netvisor, Fivaldi, Passeli, L7, Nova, Tampuuri, Hausvise, Verkkolaskut.fi). Please contact the customer service of your software.
Logging in with your Maventa credentials
Ensure that you have credentials for Maventa. You'll be guided through the application setup with detailed instructions when logging in for the first time. For future logins, just input your credentials and a 6-digit code from the authenticator.

Log into Maventa

Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Visma Authenticator) under "Visma Connect."
Error situation: Maventa is not available due to application policy
If the error message "Access denied. Maventa is not available due to application policy" appears during login, the error is due to the user having an existing Visma Connect account, but this has not yet been created in the Maventa environment.
To resolve the problem, contact your own organisation's Maventa admin user(s). The admin user of the company account is always responsible for adding new users and managing access rights. The admin user must log into Maventa and add the user to the company account, after which logging into the service will succeed normally.
