22.12.2025 - RESOLVED / Individual delays and issues observed with the scanning service on December 2025

We have experienced delays and technical issues within our scanning service on December.

  • The disruption concerns individual invoices that were scanned between 5 December and 12 December 2025.
  • The delays affect invoices that were sent during the holiday period between 19 December and 30 December.

The unusually large volume of documents has caused delays and issues with some individual invoices. We are working closely with our service provider to find a solution and to prevent this from happening again.

Actions that have been taken:

  • Invoices exceeding a certain length were routed to a separate error queue, from which they were processed manually. This way, they would not interfere with other invoice input.

  • Our service provider’s IT department is currently developing tools that will make it possible to detect and handle large volume spikes more quickly.

Actions you can take:

  • If you encountered this problem, our service provider advises that you can try resending any invoice that failed. If the delivery of an invoice has failed, the sender should receive an error notification.
