22.12.2025 - Delays and issues with the scanning service 5.-12.12.2025
We are currently experiencing delays and technical issues within our scanning service. The issues primarily affect invoices scanned between December 5th and December 12th, 2025.
While the standard delivery time for scanned invoices is typically one business day, recent large data batches have caused a delays in our import process. We are working closely with our service provider to implement a permanent solution to prevent this from recurring.
Actions we are taking:

Until we have a solution in place we will solve it temporarily by sending invoices over a certain length to an error queue so they won't disturb the rest of the invoice import.

Our service providers IT department is developing better detection tools to identify and address volume spikes earlier.
