16.07.2026 - Delays with paper scanning service in Finland 

Dear customer, 

Our scanning provider in Finland (Crediflow) has informed us that since July 14th they have not been able to transfer scanned invoice data. This originates from an IT-issue on their suppliers side.

Paper invoices sent to Kollektor postal addresses during this period will still be scanned, but there will be a delay in processing.

They are currently estimating paper scanning services being resumed as of July 22nd.

This issue does not affect invoices sent via email, or invoices sent by post to the new postal addresses connected to new scanning service provider. 

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will update this announcement accordingly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
