09.06.2026 - SOLVED: Delays with incoming scanned invoices

Dear customer, 

Maventa recently had a problem with the incoming email handling that passes invoices to the scanning service. Because of this, some invoices were held in a pending state and didn't reach customers as they should have.

The cause has been identified and the issue is now fully resolved. Maventa has already re-delivered the affected invoices to the scanning service on 9th June, and they should arrive latest by tomorrow.

This affects a very small number of the scanned invoices that were due to be received between 25th May and today. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. The issue is now fixed, and we've put measures in place to make sure a similar situation doesn't happen again.
