25.06.2026 - Maventa's registration process has now been updated

When registering Finnish company accounts, Maventa now automatically verifies company details and signatory rights from official registers, provided that the registration is completed via Maventa's user interface or registration pages.

We would like to inform you that the renewal of the Maventa account registration process for finnish companies has been successfully completed.

ℹ️ This update applies only to registrations made through the Maventa user interface and the public registration page.

The previously announced new registration workflow and stricter requirements within the Maventa user interface and registration page are now fully in effect.

We continuously develop the security of our services to ensure an even more secure and reliable platform for our partners and customers.

With this update, we strengthen our capability to protect end customers by proactively preventing misuse and ensuring data accuracy directly from official government business registers.

Please remember the following new requirements when creating a new Maventa account:

  • Signing rights (Authority to sign): The person registering the Maventa account must have official signing rights, meaning they are authorized to represent the company and sign agreements independently.
  • Data matching: The registration will fail if the provided information does not match the official details in the business register.
