08.07.2026 - Important information regarding new postal scanning addresses
This announcement concerns the recently informed new postal scanning addresses.
We are currently investigating a technical routing issue related to the new postal addresses. To ensure that invoices sent by post continue to be processed without disruption, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions below.
What you need to do:
- Continue using your current postal scanning address for the time being: Do not switch to the new address or distribute it to your suppliers yet, if you have not already done so.
- If you have already shared the new postal address with your suppliers: If possible, please ask them to send any invoices via email instead, or to resend them by post as soon as the new addresses are operational.
If your suppliers have already sent invoices by post to the new scanning address, these letters will be returned to the sender.
This issue does not affect invoices sent to the new email scanning addresses. These will continue to be delivered without disruption to your company's Maventa account.
We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will update this announcement as soon as a solution is found. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
