17.12.2025 - Changes to the Maventa account registration process / New account creation is unavailable during 23-28 December

We are developing the security of our service to ensure an even safer and more reliable experience for our partners and customers. As part of this improvement, we will now require that new Maventa accounts are registered by an authorised signatory who is able to represent the company and sign agreements independently. 

This change further reinforces our shared ability to protect end customers by verifying information against official registries and preventing misuse.

Starting 17.12.2025, we will introduce a manual verification process for registration made via the Maventa UI and registration page. This may result in delays when creating new accounts. Please note that the registration will fail if the provided information does not match the official registry. 

To ensure the smoothest possible user experience, we recommend creating accounts via the API.
