03.12.2025 - SOLVED: Delay detected in Scan service
Dear Customer,
We have been notified of delays in invoices received via the scanning service.
The delays are currently estimated to range from a few hours to a couple of days, from the normal delivery timeline. Normally the scanned invoice delivery would happen approximately during one day.
We are actively investigating the issue and will update this notice as soon as we receive more information.
UPDATE 05.12.2025:
The delay was due to a minor import queue on December 2nd. The issue has been resolved.
