Maventa's renewed support pages are now open. The aim of the revision is to improve the quality of our customer service and provide more comprehensive support to all our customers.
What's new?
- AI chat: The chat uses all Maventa’s available websites and materials as its information source, ensuring comprehensive answers.
- Improved usability: The site's navigation is clearer, and we hope that finding information is now smoother.
- Expanded knowledge base: New material is regularly added to ensure you can easily find the instructions and solutions you need.
- More efficient search functionality: The revamped search now provides more accurate and relevant search results.
Phases and timeline of the transition
We transitioned to a new customer service system in May 2025. The transition was carried out in phases. In the first phase, we implemented the ticketing system and phone service; in the final phase, we will launch the new support pages, chat, announcements, and customer portal.
Unfortunately, access to the previously used support portal and the support requests created there is no longer available after the change.
Possible delays and errors
The new system has been thoroughly tested, but we ask that you inform us if you notice any errors or disruptions in the system's operation. Feedback can be given directly through the support site by submitting a support request.
The transition might cause short delays in customer service. We thank you for your trust and hope that we can serve our customers and partners even better in the future.
