Processing of Personal Data in Maventa Service
We process personal data in the Maventa service as a data processor while our client companies act as the data controllers.
Privacy addendum: The Maventa service agreement includes a privacy addendum defining the principles of personal data processing. Read more in Visma's Privacy Statement.
Subcontractors: Maventa establishes a data processing agreement with all subcontractors to ensure their data protection level and safeguard user privacy. An up-to-date list of subcontractors can be found in the Visma Trust Centre.
Actions in the event of a data privacy issue
- Contact: If you detect any data privacy or security issues within the Maventa service or its subcontractors, immediately contact Maventa's customer service.

Deleting a user account
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individuals have the right to access or request the deletion of their personal data.
Delete your user account from Maventa:
Navigate to: Settings > My Settings > Privacy (GDPR) > Delete User Account.
Last admin of the company: If you are the last admin of the company, deleting your account will deactivate the company. Reactivating the company requires contacting customer support. Register a new admin for the company before deletion.
