Sent invoices tab

This guide explains the utilization of functions on the Sent Invoices tab, including retrieving invoices, selecting displayed columns, downloading the invoice list, reviewing individual invoice details, and resending.

In Maventa interface, received and sent invoices are organized into separate tabs. User can configure the view to display a specific number of invoices per page (25, 50, or 100).

Invoice retrieval

In the "Sent" tab, sales invoices can be searched by using the invoice number, recipient's name, or the unique invoice identifier. Additionally, sales invoices can be searched within a specific time frame by clicking the search button and setting the desired dates.

Selecting the displayed columns

The option is available for which invoice details are displayed in the columns. The following information can be made visible:

  • Invoice Number
  • Invoice ID
  • Reference Number
  • Sender's Business ID
  • Recipient
  • Recipient's Business ID
  • Invoice Date
  • Due Date
  • Sent
  • Delivered
  • Amount Excluding Tax
  • Amount Including Tax
  • Status
  • Delivery channel
  • Open as a Tab

Downloading the Invoice List

The table can be downloaded to a computer in XLS or CSV format. It is good to notice that if the view is set to "25 invoices per page," the downloadable file will include a maximum of 25 invoices.

Details of individual invoices

To view the invoice details, the invoice row can be selected. Alternatively, the invoice details can be opened by selecting the tab icon.

To resend an invoice, the "Resend Invoice" button should be selected. This can be done using the same route or by specifying a new route or address for the invoice. Resending is possible for both previously sent invoices and those that encountered errors.

All invoice files transmitted to Maventa are found under "Invoice Attachments." By clicking the buttons, the files can be opened and saved as needed. The invoice transaction details indicate when and to which address the invoice was sent.

If an invoice is resent, the transaction details will be updated with the information from the most recent dispatch. Should the invoice encounter an error, the content of the error message will be displayed in the transaction details.
