We are aiming to provide our customers with faster and more accurate customer service. We are currently piloting AI assistance to support our email communication.

How does it work?

This practically means that AI answers certain questions directly. More complex matters are still forwarded directly to our human experts. We believe that the responsible use of AI will significantly improve the speed and quality of our service in the future. Thank you for your patience during our development work!


Pilot phase

This is a pilot phase, during which we are continuously developing the system. Inaccuracies may occur in the responses. We will highlight in our messages that the response has been generated by AI. We strive to minimize errors, but we apologize in advance if you receive a reply that does not feel completely correct or clear.


What to do if the answer is wrong?

If you suspect the accuracy of a response or it seems erroneous, please let us know by replying to the email. We prioritize reacting to emails escalated by the AI and use this feedback to improve our system.
