Creating new company

In this guide, you will learn how to create a new Maventa account for another company under your existing username.

Create company

  1. Log in: Go to your Maventa account.
  2. Follow the path: Select Settings > Company tools > Create company.
  3. Fill out the form:
    1. Enter the requested account type, country, company business name and business ID.
    2. Complete the postal address details and company email address.
    3. Configure the necessary settings for the company's Maventa account under "Settings."
  4. Register: Once all information is entered, click "Register" to receive confirmation of successful account registration.
  5. Select the new company: Log in to Maventa with your username and select the newly created company.
  6. Activation of bank network connection: The bank network connection must be activated separately after account creation. See instructions (ADD LINK).

Subdivision Account

If you wish to create a new account with the same business ID, you can create a subdivision account. The e-invoice address for a subdivision account includes an additional number suffix, e.g., 001, which must be noted when indicating the possible e-invoice address for purchase invoices. This feature can be used, for example, for auxiliary trade name accounts that share the same business ID.
