30.10.2025 - SOLVED: Issues activating Lyanthe scan service for customers in Netherlands and Belgium

Dear customers, 

We have identified an issue when customers are trying activation of Lyanthe scan services. This affects customers in Netherlands and Belgium. We have escalated this issue to Lyanthe and they are working on a fix.

The activation attempt fails with a "AdministrationModelStateValidationError". Once the incident has been fixed you will be able to retry the request and it will go through successfully.
