23.10.2025 - SOLVED: Bug in invoice character encoding

Dear customers,

We are writing to inform you about a recent technical issue that may have affected your invoicing processes.

Maventa encountered a bug in the system's invoice saving process that unintentionally altered the character encoding. This resulted in Å, Ä, and Ö characters appearing scrambled or corrupted when importing and exporting invoices.

This issue was active between October 8 and October 22, 2025.
