17.10.2025 - New delivery channel, Billo, for our B2CSE solution

Great news! Our business to consumer invoicing in Sweden now also reaches consumers through Billo, a digital mailbox solution.

What is Billo?

  • Billo is a government-approved digital mailbox in Sweden

  • With Billo, consumers can receive digital mail from both private companies and public authorities, and even have their physical mail digitized and delivered to Billo.

  • Billo provides a free service to consumers, with features such as document organization, fast payment options (e.g., via linked bank accounts or Klarna), and secure access using BankID or Freja eID.

What This Means for You as sender

  • From now on, when sending invoices through Maventa to Swedish private individuals, your invoices may be delivered via Billo, in addition to existing channels like online banks, Kivra, email, and print.

  • You don’t need to take any additional steps if you already have B2C invoicing enabled, our system now automatically includes Billo in the delivery lookup.

  • The delivery priority is as follows: if the recipient cannot be reached via internet bank, we will next attempt delivery through Billo. If the consumer does not have a Billo account, we will then try Kivra, and finally fall back to email or print.

We believe that adding Billo strengthens our offering and gives your consumers more flexibility and choice in how they receive invoices.
