Brief history of Maventa

From 2007 to today, Maventa has grown into a European invoice lifecycle service provider with over 300 integrated partners and more than 300,000 connected companies worldwide.

2007: The beginning

Maventa was founded in Helsinki, Finland, as one of the first Finnish e‑invoicing operators.

2012: AutoInvoice was launched

Maventa's technology was rolled out to Visma companies as AutoInvoice.

2012: Peppol beginnings

Maventa has been involved in Peppol since the very beginning. The first ever Peppol production invoice was sent from Maventa's Access Point.

2014: Joining Visma

Maventa joins the Visma family and becomes part of Visma Solutions Oy's product portfolio. We continue growing heavily in Finland and the Nordics.

2024: One brand to support international growth

Maventa and AutoInvoice brands are merged under one, Maventa, to support our internationalisation and growing product offering.

2025: Becoming our own Visma company

We continue our success story as our own Visma company, Maventa Oy. We proudly serve our partners all across Europe.
